Mr. Vinod L. Tikmani,enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2010 has a hands-on experience in almost every facet of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Finance, Corporate Law, Investment and business consultancy. An ardent finance professionalwho is well versed with tax laws, commercial laws, company laws, accounting and auditing standards, management consultancy etc. has been instrumental in providing services to a wide spectrum of firm's clientele. .

Previously he was associated with R.C. Jain & Associates as a partner and headed the litigation team.He has successfully represented clients before tax authorities at various levels on complex tax litigation matters. His affable and professional demeanor endears him to the person seeking his expertise.He has also proactively advised and set up platforms for entrepreneurs and SMEs, providing end to end solutions and actively supports them through the firm's advisory services.

Mrs. Palak V. Tikmani(B.Com,F.C.A, D.I.S.A(ICAI))

Mrs. Palak V. Tikmani, enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2011. She has specialized in the field of Accounting, Taxation and Auditing. She is well -versed in theareas comprising of Statutory & Bank Audits, Corporate Compliance, Indirect Taxation and Financial Analysis. Mr. Taha J. Mukhtyar enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2013. He is fresher with deep understanding in internal audit. He was associated with internal audit firm for 3 years which makes better understanding of regulation of the companies. He plays vital role to assist in critical areas to be audited for better and faster work. He has full fledged knowledge regarding internal audit and preparation for the same.
